If you want a 5 star experience, including, product, presentation, and above all amazing service….this is the jeweler to see. I knew the moment that I walked in that Albert would design the most amazing engagement ring. Albert, one of the owners of the family owned company, has vision, appreciates the customers needs, and is extremely talented. I receive compliments all of the time on both my wedding band and my engagement ring. Most people say ” Wow, I have never seen a ring like that before”. I could not be happier, and I cannot imagine why anyone would ever go anywhere else. A nice family, a friendly environment, top of the line diamonds…….need I say more….Susanne

Top Notch Jewelry Designers!!!!.. I was recommended by a friend in the industry as I wanted to redesign a whole new setting for an heirloom solitaire plus add a few extra side stones. I had a specific design in mind to which Albert was able to replicate from a simple photo. I could not have been happier with the results. Plus I get complimented all the time by everyone who sees the ring. I also appreciate the level of customer service and the fact that they treat you like family. In this industry, you need to go with someone reputable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and will definitely be going there for all my future jewelry needs

Very Highly recommended !!! My wife works in the fashion accessories industry, so she knows a thing or two about jewelry. When I took her to see Albert, they immediately set to work designing her engagement ring and wedding band. The process of working with Albert and trading ideas was a lot of fun for her, and the results are flawless. Many women she knows have larger diamonds than hers, yet she always seems to be the one getting complimented on her ring. Better yet, her cousin works for a high end, well-known jeweler as a buyer, and she told us the quality was easily as good if not better. Combine that with a custom design, wonderful service, and a great price, and big apple jewelers is tough to beat. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Albert has made lifelong clients (and friends) of us, and we recommend him

EXCELLENT JOB!!!!!!!!! was recommended from a friend for an engagment ring and was very impressed. the guys here were super helpful and designed a one of a kind custom ring that we will cherish forever, this should be your first and last stop for all your jewlery

Very Highly Recommend this place. My new fiance’ bought my ring here and it is beautiful. He got it custom made with the most beautiful diamond I have ever seen in my life. The quality of the diamond is amazing. My fiance also said the service is impeccable they treat you just like family. They have already helped me pick out my wedding band !!

Couldn’t be happier… I have to say, I had never bought any kind of jewelry before and was very much in the dark about diamonds when it came time to propose to my fiancee. Everyone has their guy but after meeting with everyone Big Apple jewelry, I know that Albert and his brothers are MY guys. They walked me through the whole process, explaining everything, and they let me figure out what I wanted and worked with me, never putting any pressure on me to make a sale. In all of our visits, both my fiancee and me felt very comfortable, and we have already been back for our wedding bands. I have been so happy with these guys that I truly can say that Big Apple jewelery is my jeweler for life
