1. First – fax or email your photos or drawings, Drawings can be very simple . All you have to do is specify, size, dimensions, stone size and metal. We will then contact you and go over the drawing, and we might suggest how to improve the model.2. Within 48 hours you will receive a 3 dimensional rendering of the model (Photo realistic image) showing the final look of the project. Click here to see samples. You can forward the email image to your customer for approval. (Your customer doesn’t even have come to your store to see the rendering). We will gladly make any necessary changes until your customer is 100% satisfied. 3. Next stop: Big Apple’s full-service in-house manufacturing facility, where metal casting, finishing stone setting and polishing can be accomplished in days, not weeks, by our staff of jewelry experts.
